Currently, in its 12th year, CRN Fast50 recognises the fastest-growing companies in the Australian IT channel, based on year-on-year revenue growth. CRN Fast50 follows to a stringent formula, based on numbers, to ensure that it is the only awards programme in the Australian tech industry that earns the respect and recognition it truly deserves by recognising the best companies based on hard numbers.
2020 CRN Fast50 will be a digital countdown style presentation to be launched on November 26, 2020.
The entry criteria for 2020 CRN Fast50 was that the companies should be involved in selling, reselling, recommending, implementing, or designing IT products and/or services to corporate end users. The company must have garnered more than 50 per cent of its revenues in the financial year ending June 2020 from any of the above-mentioned activities to corporate end users. The companies in the fray must have a net sales revenue of at least AUD 1 million (excluding GST) in FY 2018-19 or a net sales of at least AUD 1.5 million (excluding GST) in FY 2019-20. The company must have its headquarters in Australia and if it has any overseas offices, then only the revenue from Australian businesses would be considered for the award. The company must have established and traded before July 1, 2018 to be eligible to participate in this award programme.
Apart from the 50 fastest-growing IT solution providers, the CRN Fast50 awards are given to honour partners across several special awards that support outstanding endeavours in a particular year or over several years. The following are such awards:
