Outbound Marketing Specialist
Role Description:
An exciting opportunity for candidates who are willing to build a successful career in IT Services domain across Australia Market. We are currently seeking young, dynamic professionals in outbound Sales role to be part of our Sales and Marketing team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a Product or Service.
- Acquisition of new clients. Generating leads for company through LinkedIn communication / email communication / cold calling.
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects. Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
- Conducting market research for identifying potential clients to develop warm leads.
- Knowledge on Lusha, Sales Navigator, Octopus CRM & other prospecting software
- Knowledge on ABM (Account Based Marketing).
- Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material toprospects/customers.
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.
- Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs.
- Record outbound call history and customers response in detail.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for 5-6 years
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication, Interpersonal and Presentation skills
- Networking aptitude.
- Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality.
