Employee Assistance Program

An Employee Assistance Program is a counselling service offered to employees by TechForce Services to support employees in a positive way (Personal or work related concerns).

This Program caters to 3 main holistic services :

Financial Coaching

Acacia's Experienced Financial Coaches can help you navigate a variety of Financial Challenges. These include but are not limited to Creditor Demands, Bankruptcy, court orders, debt and debt recovery, financial stress, house eviction, unpaid bills or fines, and insurance issues.

Nutritional Support

Acacia's Accredited Practicing Dieticians use medical nutrition therapy to assist clients in managing their health and wellbeing through food and lifestyle modifications. During these sessions individuals can receive individualised advice to help you achieve your health goals and improve your relationship with food and nutrition.

Legal Referral

Acacia's Legal Referral support service provides individuals with legal information and external referrals to aid you with legal concerns. You can seek support for family legal matters such as separation, divorce, parenting agreements, court orders and domestic violence orders. They can also help you with navigating property and probate concerns, such as lease agreements, tenancy related matters, wills, trusts, power of attorney and beneficiaries. Legal consultants can also help in understanding migration and visa concerns as well as criminal and civil concerns.
