The Role:

  • Your position as a Business Solutions Sales Expert is vital in promoting our extensive service offerings, especially services related to Salesforce, other partner products and all associated services.
  • You will be based in Sydney, NSW  (or) Melbourne, VIC to play a crucial role in growing clientele in the region.
  • Your responsibility includes growing new revenue by identifying and capitalising on net new business opportunities across various sectors, utilising your expertise in technology solutions to fulfil client needs.

Success Essentials:

  • Drive expansion by discovering, nurturing, and initiating new business prospects.
  • Develop an effective sales pipeline, and arrange discovery meetings through calls, emails, and outreach strategies.
  • Employ prospecting techniques for initial engagement with potential clients.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, providing bespoke solutions for their business needs.
  • Craft and execute cutting-edge strategies that mirror our commitment to customer success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new initiatives for pipeline growth and Sales.
  • Join forces with our skilled solutions team to deliver beyond client expectations.
  • Stimulate demand through marketing initiatives, build robust partnerships, and expand our existing accounts.
  • Foster and maintain connections with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) and other stakeholders.
  • Track, record and report the metrics throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain your pipeline activity and sales lifecycle within Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce, MS Office and others.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven success in technology services and solutions sales, with mandatory experience in CRM service sales.
  • 3-5 years of professional services sales experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Prepared to travel as needed.
