8 to 15 years of Salesforce experience, with 4 to 6 years in Salesforce Industries.
At least 5+ years of Telecom industry experience.
Involvement in the implementation of OSS/BSS solutions (CRM- Product Catalog, CPQ, Order Management and Billing)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud modules (EPC, CPQ, ESM, Digital Commerce, and Order Management).
Experience guiding developers using Salesforce Industries best practices.
The ability to take accountability for team deliverables and ensure that Sprint objectives are met, including conducting a successful sprint show and tell
Evaluating the long-term impact of implementing capabilities, including conflicts, limitations, and impact on operations, roadmaps, or upgrades.
Knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
Proven track record of successful customer project delivery, especially enterprise CRM implementations for Telecom and/or Media clients.
Excellent communication skills for interactions with customers, partners, and internal team members.

Systems analysis and design
Ability to technically lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production)
