8 to 15 Years Salesforec Experience with strong hands on experience in Salesforce Platform
Experience guiding developers using Salesforce Industries best practices.
The ability to take accountability for team deliverables and ensure that Sprint objectives are met, including conducting a successful sprint show and tell
You will have a proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations
Evaluating the long-term impact of implementing capabilities, including conflicts, limitations, and impact on operations, roadmaps, or upgrades.
You’ll have excellent communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and internal team members
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Salesforce Connectors and Integrations, Apex, Omnistudio (IP’s, Data Raptors, Omniscripts, Calculation Matrix, Calculation Procedures), LWC, SOQL
Systems analysis and design
Ability to technically lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production)
